BlackRock Files for Tokenized Shares of $150B Treasury Trust Fund
BlackRock has taken a decisive step toward integrating blockchain technology into traditional finance by filing a prospectus for digital shares of its $150 billion Treasury Trust Fund. The shares, built on distributed ledger technology (DLT), will be exclusively distributed through BNY Mellon, with a minimum investment threshold of $3 million.
